April 6, 2015 Workout

Run ¼ mile

20 burpees

Run ¼ mile

30 air squats

Run ¼ mile

20 burpees

Run ¼ mile

30 air squats

 

Goal of the workout is to take only a few seconds break if necessary.  To meet the goal, modifications include running at a slower pace or shortening the distance as well as stepping out, eliminating the jump at the end, or decreasing the repetitions of the burpees.  For air squats, break into sets of 10, 5, or 3, and/or decrease the number of repetitions.
