Woodland Trail Workout
Find a trail with steps and something you can balance on, like a fallen log, curb stops, or parking space markers.
Identify places where you can do several steps of the following, in a combination that makes sense to you!
Run up and down steps
Balancing walk on a parking space stop
Swing foot below while balance walking
Straight legged bear crawl
Make a circuit something like this:
Run up and down 20 steps
Balance walk back and forth two times on parking stops
Straight legged bear crawl forward and backwards for 15’
Swing foot below while balance walking on parking space stop
Crab crawl forward and back 15’ (downhill makes it even more interesting)
Rest 30 seconds!
