Goat Bagger Workout

Reps of 3-6-9-6-3 each of man makers and goat baggers. between each round, lateral stepovers:

*  man makers (begin at elevated push up position with hands on dbs on the floor. perform single arm row each side with dbs, deadlift dbs to standing,bring db’s to shoulders, push press dbs overhead = 1 rep!) choose a dumbbell that you won’t stop very often, for women, between 10 and 20 lb dbs, for men between 10 and 35 lb dbs
*  goat baggers (here’s a video to describe the Goat Bagger)

step laterally over an object and back 30 times (kettlebell height) between rounds
