August 30, 2015 workout

 

Summer’s End at the pool

This was a workout I did with the help of my daughter at the pool at the campground.

Practice handstand walking!

Then,

Pick a short distance between two sides of the pool, like 20 meters
6 Rounds
Swim to one side
Perform 8 poolside muscle ups
Have your daughter or some other person hold onto your shoulders while you swim breast stroke (or swim a different stroke, or walk across shallow water…somehow change it up) back to the other side again
Perform 8 poolside sit ups (either get out of the pool, or put your legs up on the side of the pool and body stays in the pool, and crunch your chest toward your knees)

Repeat!
